Once a vending machine is purchased and paid in full, delivery will take between 45-55 business days to the customer’s specified address.
Delivery timelines are subject to manufacturer processing and shipping logistics. Premier Box Vending is not liable for delays caused by third parties, including shipping companies or customs.
Software Warranty: The software included in the vending machine is covered by a lifetime warranty, with after-sale support provided to assist customers.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are required to maintain their vending machines in accordance with the provided manuals. Failure to comply with maintenance instructions may void the warranty.
Premier Box Vending is not responsible for the maintenance or upkeep of machines post-sale, as they become the property of the customer upon delivery.
Customers agree to operate the machines in a responsible and lawful manner as per the guidelines in the manuals.
Premier Box Vending machines must not be tampered with, vandalized, or used for unlawful activities.
Misuse of machines may result in warranty voidance and/or legal action.
All payments are final. Refunds or cancellations are not permitted once the machine has been ordered.
Premier Box Vending reserves the right to reject transactions flagged as fraudulent or non-compliant with our terms.
Customers are solely responsible for regular maintenance and servicing of their vending machines as per the instructions provided.
Premier Box Vending offers guidance and technical support as part of the after-sale service but does not cover maintenance or repairs under standard terms unless explicitly stated under warranty conditions.
Premier Box Vending is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or financial losses incurred due to improper use, maintenance failures, or third-party interference.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
